Terms of Service

Last updated: 1 May 2026

By creating an account you agree to these terms. They form a binding agreement between you (or the business you represent) and FinEngyne.

Not financial advice

FinEngyne is a decision-support tool, not a regulated financial service. The scores, assessments, and outputs generated by the platform are for informational purposes only and do not constitute regulated financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to borrow or raise capital. FinEngyne is not authorised or regulated by the FCA. Nothing on this platform constitutes a financial promotion under section 21 of FSMA 2000. Before making significant financial decisions, seek advice from a qualified independent adviser.

Your account

You must be 18 or over and authorised to act on behalf of the business you register. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for the accuracy of the information you provide.

Beta access

FinEngyne is currently invite-only. Invite codes are personal to the recipient and must not be sold or publicly shared. We may revoke access at any time during the beta period.

Your data

You retain ownership of all data you upload or connect. You grant FinEngyne a limited licence to process it solely to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Acceptable use

You must not use FinEngyne for any unlawful purpose, upload false data, attempt to reverse-engineer the platform, or share your account credentials.

Availability

We aim to keep the platform available but do not guarantee uptime. Features may change without notice during the beta period.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, FinEngyne’s liability is limited to amounts paid in the preceding 12 months (or £100 if nothing has been paid). We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
