FinEngyne processes personal data in accordance with UK GDPR. By using the platform you agree to this policy. Questions: requests@finengyne.com.
What we collect
Account information (name, email, company details) provided at sign-up; financial transaction data you connect or upload; and usage analytics to improve the product. We do not collect payment card details.
Why we process it
To provide the platform and generate your financial scores (contract performance); to improve the product and prevent abuse (legitimate interests); and where required by law. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Third-party processors
We use third-party service providers for hosting, authentication, error monitoring, and email delivery. All processors are contractually bound to process data only on our instructions and in accordance with UK GDPR. A list of current processors is available on request.
International transfers
Some processors operate outside the UK. Where this applies, transfers are covered by the UK’s adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses.
Retention
Data is retained while your account is active and deleted within 90 days of closure, except where legal obligations require longer retention (typically up to 7 years for financial records).
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict, or port your data, and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. To exercise any right, email requests@finengyne.com. You may also complain to the ICO.
Automated processing
We use automated processing to generate financial health and funding readiness scores. These outputs are advisory only. No decision with legal or similarly significant effect is made solely by automated means.

Functional cookies only, set by our authentication provider. No advertising or analytics cookies; no consent banner required.
Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice.
